Taktica has participated and led the topic TPM in the Lean Council 3M - 2010
Taktica has participated and lectured the topic TPM in the Lean Council 3M - 2010.
This was the second time that Taktica supported 3M in this event. The first one was about Standard Work for Lean Leaders.
In the TPM session, it was discussed and thought over the benefits and challenges of Lean TPM implementation. The speech was delivered by one of our TPM Specialist. There have been participated top and senior managers as well as key people of 3M.
