Táktica is offering a new training module titled Lean Operation Management
This module deals with the development of the Lean leadership’s role by:
- Involving the participants in a continuous improvement process;
- Teaching the participants to look at things from a different perspective (value flow);
- Introducing measurement and visual management tools (quick communication of the normal vs. non-normal);
- Training the participants in the use Problem Analysis and Problem Solving methods to provide a better understanding of a process;
- Developing Problem Analysis and Problem Solving processes (involving everyone from the factory floor to management);
- Developing process standardization and supervision/inspection procedures.
