CERTIFICATION / GOLD
The Gold Certification Program consists of implementing Lean tools in selected departments at a client company. This activity is followed and assisted by a Taktica consultant.
Purpose of the Program:
To leave Lean tools implemented for the solution of problems that might affect the client company’s performance in the foreseeable future.Objective for Participants:
To round out their knowledge on the use of tools that will help them solve day-to-day problems.In order to obtain a Gold Certification, the participants are required to present an improvement job they performed in their companies. The complexity of the job should be such as to show the use of at least four of the Lean tools taught during the modules described above.
Participants should:
- 1. Choose a project of relevance both to themselves and their companies;
- 2. Have the chosen project approved by authorized persons in their companies;
- 3. Forward the project and approval to Taktica (along with the time line for execution);
- 4. Execute the project (with coaching from Taktica);
- 5. Present the project before an evaluation panel.
Taktica will:
- 1. Provide a coaching consultant (4 hours per month of the project);
- 2. Provide coaching (Not in person);
- 3. Conduct the final evaluation;
- 4. Certificate the participant.
