HERE IS HOW WE WORK

Taktica’s job begins by understanding your objectives. Next, we Map your Value Stream – a fundamental step for the successful implementation of Lean. Value Stream Mapping is an analysis of the way your products or services are generated within your company; its purpose is to identify waste that crops up during the creation of value for the customers. When this is completed, the introduction of Continuous Flow and Pull Production will begin, as will the implementation of the different Lean Tools (5S, TPM, Quick Setup, Standardized Work, etc.).

Taktica’s and the client’s teams interact throughout the whole process. Taktica transfers its experience and lean concepts by conducting training and discussions about the problems that have been found; combined with the client’s knowledge of his products and processes, this will allow developing the best solutions in terms of productivity gains, inventory reduction, quality improvement, and delivery flow and performance.

Our work is based on the 6Sigma methodology (DMAIC) to ensure that the gains are real and the improvements endure the test of time.

Performance indicators and targets defined at the outset permit evaluating the success of each project. Our work ultimately results in implemented solutions and the benefits that they were expected to provide.
