Six Sigma is an improvement model that has proven extremely useful. A powerful tool, Six Sigma has been used to solve an impressive variety of problems both in production and administrative processes in industrial, commercial and service sectors.
This methodology provides a way to measure the quality of a process statistically, in a structured, disciplined manner, using facts and data to improve processes and products. It is employed, in conjunction with the Lean concepts, to ensure that the gains obtained are real and that the improvements withstand the passage of time.
Objective: To enable participants to develop consistent and lasting improvements with the aid of an improvement model and the application of statistical methods, which are taught and used in an easy, logical and practical way. In addition, the participants will develop skills to deal with data, work in teams, and develop improvements.
