Projects developed by Taktica are conducted within the DMAIC framework. First, we define the project (What does the client feel uncomfortable about? How do we know whether we are improving?); then, we understand the process by using a Value Stream Map; the next step consists of an assessment of opportunities, which will be used to prepare a Future Status Map that will govern all the process changes. Once this is done, the changes will be implemented with training, projects and kaizens. In order to be sustainable, these changes are recorded and standardized.

D. Define the problem and the process to be improved,
M. Measure to collect data and characterize the current status of the process,
A. Analyze the collected data to understand the relations between cause and effect,
I. Implement solutions to improve the process based on the previously conducted analysis, and, lastly,
C. Control the processes in order to regulate, standardize and maintain the improvements that were achieved.
