A PROFILE OF OUR EXPERT PROFESSIONALS
Since 1998, our professionals have been implementing Lean both in Brazil and abroad in the Automotive, Agricultural, Metallurgic/Mechanical, Electro-Electronic, Chemical and Textile sectors, among others.
Our staff’s wide-ranging experience in Lean implementation is based on a sound education in a large variety of fields in engineering, administration and economy.
They have MBA, Master’s and Ph.D. degrees from leading universities in Brazil and other parts of the world.
Taktica’s team is composed of professionals with a wide-ranging technical, academic and field experience in implementing the Lean methods.
Victor Carelli - New business Development
Experience in running multinational companies in Latin America and conducting their business in its various cycles, from start-up to operation. CEO for the Mercosul region at General Electric Appliances until 2006.
Worked as General Manager for Whirlpool in Argentina and Miami.
Held the position of BU manager for Philips Argentina, where he started his career as production manager.
Participated in workshops and leadership training in USA and Europe, such as the Green Belt course at GE and the BMC at the Jack Welch training center, among others.
Electrical Engineer graduated from the National Technological University (Argentina).
Joined Taktica in 2007 as Director for New Business Development.
Paulo Lima - Director
Fourteen years experience as a consultant. Founded Táktica.
Has been implementing Lean in Brazil, USA, Europe and Asia, in companies such as Volvo, Alstom, Bosch, Sandvik, Atlas Schindler and Dow.
Mechanical Engineer. Master’s and Ph.D. degrees from the State University of Campinas (Unicamp), São Paulo, Brazil.
Post-doctoral degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (M.I.T.), USA, 1997/98, for Projects involving Lean Production Systems. Professor in the Manufacturing Engineering Department at Unicamp since 1993.
Dário Spinola - Project Coordinator
Has been developing and implementing Lean thinking for 8 years at companies in a variety of sectors, such as Sulzer, Alstom, Saint Gobain, Neumayer and Kidde Fire Systems.
Expert in Integrated Systems for Planning & Information, Lean Office, 5S and Visual Management.
Production-Materials Engineer graduated from the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar), São Paulo, Brazil.
MBA degree in Knowledge, Technology & Innovation from the University of São Paulo Administration Institute Foundation/College of Economics & Administration (FIA/FEA-USP).
Carlos E. Lobo - Project Coordinator
Has been working as a technical consultant for over a decade. Developed and coordinated projects in Brazil and abroad, in companies such as Visteon, Unibanco, 3M do Brazil, Microsoft, ZF, Eaton.
Mechanical Engineer graduated from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. Master’s and Ph.D. degrees in mechanical engineering from the State University of Campinas (Unicamp), São Paulo, Brazil.
Visiting Researcher at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Laboratory for Production Systems Development (PSD) Projects.
Translated, and wrote the foreword to, the Brazilian edition of the Lean Institute manual “Creating Continuous Flow”.
Gustavo Tardin - Project Coordinator
Has been implementing and coordinating Lean projects for the past 9 years in companies such as Bosch, HP, Volvo, Citrosuco and Alstom.
He Also Conducted workshops in more than 30 companies during these years.
Expert in Lean Production Control Systems, Value Stream Mapping in complex environments, and Lean Office
Mechanical Engineer with a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the State University of Campinas (Unicamp), São Paulo, Brazil.
Nilton Marchiori - Project Coordinator
Worked for more than 20 years at Daimler Chrysler. He worked for 6 years as a Kaizen coordinator, for which he was trained by the consulting firm Shingijutsu.
During the past 5 years, has been developing projects in companies such as ThyssenKrupp, CNH, Dormer and Toledo.
Production Engineer graduated from the College of Industrial Engineering (FEI), São Paulo, Brazil. Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of São Paulo Polytechnic School (POLI-USP).
Post-graduate degree in Industrial Administration from the Vanzolini Foundation (São Paulo). Professor at the Mauá School of Engineering as well as at FEI, where he conducts a post-graduate course in Maintenance Management.
