This course enables participants to develop consistent and lasting improvements, by applying an improvement model combined with statistical analysis, which is taught and used in a practical manner.

Course Load

1. The 6 Sigma Project Methodology – “3 Basic Questions”, DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control).
2. Statistics – Basic Knowledge, Variability, Common Cause and Special Cause Concept, etc.
3. Statistical Tools – Classification of Variables, Normality and Non-normality of Distribution, Normality Test, Statistics, etc.
4. Planning and collection of data, transforming data into information.
5. Basic methodology to understand, develop, test and implement changes.
6. PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) Cycles
